So many Shimmering Skies card reveals coming now that it is hard to keep up with them! We've got everything on our set 5 spoiler page, but I wanted to highlight this fun package of cards, shown off by GameRant, that reimagines Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as knights.
Card Evaluations
This is a fun concept to explore. There are a handful of knights already in the game, but this expands their ranks considerably. It is noteworthy that all the Seven Dwarfs from set 2 would potentially synergize with these new cards making an Amber/Steel Seven Dwarfs deck fun and possibly decent.
On a per card basis, Happy - Lively Knight could see play as an early Evasive counter card. He can efficiently deal with Diablo - Devoted Herald, for example. Doc - Bold Knight is an interesting card draw option for aggressive decks. If your hand is already empty, he's basically a "draw 2 cards" for 2 ink with a decent body attached. Sleepy - Sluggish Knight also could work in an aggressive deck. You don't mind 0 strength if you are just wanting to protect your early game questers.
The rest of the cards need to rely on synergies to be playable. And the big payoff card of Snow White - Fair-Hearted seems a bit lackluster. Having a lot of Resist is nice and all, but when the meta is full of hard removal such as Madame Medusa - The Boss, it's not super relevant. I think, much like the first Seven Dwarfs package, this one will end up being a bit too low power to see competitive play. But I love the art and the theme!
