The first two Disney Lorcana Challenge events occurred over the weekend. Over 2000 players in both Lille, France and Atlanta, Georgia competed to see who would make it into the top 8 and earn themselves the coveted prize of a serialized golden Mickey Mouse - Brave Little Tailor card!
Introduction
Here in this post we will take a look at the top 8s for the Disney Lorcana Challenges in Lille and Atlanta. One important thing to note: in these two Challenges Ursula's Return cards were not legal. With the set only dropping in a limited quantity and only a week before the Challenges were set to be held, Ravensburger did not want there to be any issues with card availability for the competitors. Starting with the next set of Challenge events, however, Ursula's Return will be legal. So while these decklists may not be as relevant now as they would have been a few weeks ago, taking a look at them is a nice way to cap off the Into the Inklands meta. So let's dive in!

Conclusion
What a way to close out the Into the Inklands meta. Not only was there a nice variety of decks in both top 8s, but a wholly original and unique deck actually took home the win in Atlanta! Seeing an off-meta deck take home the top prize really puts into perspective how new and varied Disney Lorcana is as a card game. Even after months of non-stop play, we can still be surprised. Here is to hoping that the future Disney Lorcana Challenges have some more surprises in store for us!
