Card Evaluations
Della Duck is probably best compared with 001-110. Same color, costs and abilities, only differences are the stat distribution and inkable versus uninkable. With cards like Teeth and Ambitions and Let the Storm Rage On being prevalent in the meta, Della's stat distribution is probably better than Gaston's. However, her being uninkable is a significant drawback. Maybe you run a couple copies of her in your Amethyst/Ruby Control deck? Madam Mim - Snake is probably just better as a 2-drop though, so not sure Della makes the cut.
Steel has had a few of these "whenever this character banishes another character in a challenge, do X" cards now and none of them have been particularly good. Simba here doesn't even that good of a payoff. Blocking another character from challenging for a turn does protect your board a bit, but it doesn't stop your opponent from progressing their win condition. It's also very slow. At this point, with the game's card pool growing ever larger, you need more from your 5-drop.
