Card Evalutions

So the most exciting thing about this Jim Hawkins is that he may signal the existence of a Floodborn Jim that is yet to be revealed. Otherwise, there's not much to say about this vanilla card. Cool art though!

Morph, on the other hand, is a very interesting card. As a 2/2/1 for 2, his stats are bad. But that ability is super flavorful and unique. Adding 4 copies of Morph into your deck is like adding four extra copies of all your Shift targets into your deck. He is going to make it so much more consistent to be able to get your Shifts off. Even more exciting is that he also can be a Shift target to a bunch of cards that didn't have one previously. Beast - Tragic Hero, for example, can now consistently come out as early as turn 3 in an Emerald/Steel deck. And that's just one example. There are a lot of Floodborn cards that don't see any play currently which may become playable with Morph in your deck. This little ball of goo could become a meta-defining card.
